Clinical Supervision for Social Workers

From recent grads to seasoned clinicians launching or leading practices, and clinicians working in agencies.

I’m Jessica Rios Flores, LCSW‑R (NY), LCSW (FL), and SIFI.

I offer clinical supervision that combines guidance, mentorship, and actionable feedback to enhance your clinical skills, ensure ethical practice, and provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for processing cases and your personal reactions—so you can show up fully for your clients.

WHO I SUPPORT

  • Unlicensed & early‑career clinicians building strong foundations and working toward independent licensure.

  • Seasoned social workers who want to continue expanding their clinical practice.

  • Private practice builders (solo or group) seeking clinical depth and innovative, ethical business practices.

  • Agency & program clinicians/leaders balancing mission, metrics, and the humans we serve.

  • I welcome all identities with cultural humility and respect. This is a space where everyone’s unique experiences and perspectives are valued.

MY SUPERVISION STYLE

Heartfelt & warm. Professional & polished. Silly & quirky (when it helps). Empowering, motivational, joyful, and rooted in accountability.

Expect:

  • Reflective practice that sharpens clinical thinking without the shame spiral.

  • Ethical clarity is aligned with the NASW Best Practice Standards for Social Work Supervision.

  • Actionable feedback you can use in your very next session.

  • 1:1 Clinical Supervision is 60 minutes via Zoom. Weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly, whichever supports your growth and licensure plan.

Some Things We’ll Work On

  • Case conceptualization, treatment planning, and outcome tracking

  • Risk assessment, safety planning, documentation, and boundaries

  • Ethics, mandatory reporting, and scope‑of‑practice judgment calls

  • Burnout prevention, reflective resilience, and sustainable caseloads

  • Private‑practice realities: policies, fees, niches, referrals, and clinical quality in a business context

  • Integrative methods when clinically indicated

My goal for you…

You’ll leave sessions clearer, kinder to yourself, and more grounded in ethics and skill. We’ll trade imposter syndrome for integrity, curiosity, and steady growth. We’ll have brave, reflective conversations and create practical steps you can use right away.

Lives & Practices Transformed

What My Clients Are Saying

"I would have never thought I would be on my way to starting my private practice. Honestly, it seemed a bit much, so I avoided it for years. Jessica, the owner of WomenMix Community has provided me with a great deal of assistance along the way. This has made the process so much easier. Jessica helped me set goals, connected me to resources, and provided me with a wealth of step-by-step accountability. I have now taken many steps towards creating my own practice and am very proud of the progress I made. I wouldn’t be where I am in the process without the help of Jessica. I highly recommend her services to anyone interested in taking this next step in their career."
