Hi, I'm Jessica.
Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist. Death Doula. Mentor & Clinical Supervisor. Author of Grief, Hope, Baseball. Grief
I’m devoted to serving women navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions who want support that honors their pain while creating space to slow down, feel what needs to be felt, make sense of what has changed, and create a life they deserve.
I bring a blend of clinical expertise and my human experiences to every space I hold. Clients often describe the experience as grounding, supportive, professional, yet warm. Our work is collaborative, respectful, and paced with care.
My work is rooted in the belief that grief is not something to “get over”.
It is something we learn to grow around. I believe the healing process begins when someone feels truly seen without being rushed, fixed, or alone. Whether through psychotherapy, grief support, mentoring, or just sharing my words, I offer space that is calm, intentional, and steady so you can breathe, reflect, and find your joy again or simply find your footing.
I offer grief support through individual psychotherapy, group work, and death doula services. In this season of my work, I maintain a limited psychotherapy caseload with a primary focus on grief, trauma, and life transitions. I also provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and educational work, allowing me to serve with intention, balance, and integrity. All psychotherapy services are offered virtually to women in New York and Florida.

Coming April 4th
Grief, Hope, Baseball is a memoir told in essays that uses baseball as a metaphor for navigating loss and choosing hope. I explore how grief and hope can coexist and learning how to stay in the game even after life’s hardest losses. For pre-order info and updates, join the mailing list!
