Do you accept health insurance?Yes, I do accept insurance for my therapy services. I am currently licensed to provide therapy in New York and Florida. I am in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Aetna and Oscar. To learn more about my therapy services please click here. Wellness Coaching on the other hand is not covered by your insurance, and it is not restricted or regulated. Wellness coaching takes on a holistic approach, which focuses on the whole person (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) and differs from therapy as it is not a treatment per se but rather a personal and goal driven program. Wellness coaching is available to anyone in any country. To learn more about the difference between coaching and therapy please click here.

Like the elephant, we persevere...
Elephants represent strength, loyalty, community, wisdom and unity. They are considered sacred animals with great spiritual importance. Studies have shown elephants are bright, strong, playful (this is so me - silly), and highly social. I felt inspired to choose an elephant for the imagery in my logo for my mental health practice because they remind me of the community I serve. My clients are on a journey to healing and discovering their inner strengths. As a psychotherapist, I am highly invested in my clients who are loyal to their journey and I am committed to every one of you. In addition, elephants have a deep connection with their past and families. The deep connection is the therapeutic relationship between myself and my clients. I chose a gold elephant because it reminds me of a sunflower and it also represents understanding and enlightenment, a place I hope all my clients will achieve.
