Healing in Community Membership

This membership is for women navigating the grief process. Designed to empower women who need help navigating their journey to healing from any grief or trauma by incorporating mindfulness practices. Together as a community, we will work with tools to help you feel grounded, connect with your mind, body, heart and spirit.

 

Our membership includes a monthly virtual gathering - providing mindfulness activities such as meditation, breath-work, occasional guest expert speakers, live and recorded workshops in the field of holistic healing and mindfulness.  You’ll get access to a private community, and a monthly workbook including thought provoking journaling prompts, affirmations, and resources related to the wellness theme of the month.
